The SOET occupies a 5 Acre parcel of land within the larger CMR University lake side campus. It is designed as an interconnected complex of blocks containing classrooms and labs all woven together by a faculty block suspended at the third floor level. Below this are a series of student lounges which form recreational spaces overlooking the central Miyawaki forest spine.
